  Just went in to look at camping gear and I couldn’t believe the experience and expertise of someone so young, Mike was so passionate and patient, He fitting me for multiple packs and answered all my questions. The store has a great selection of quality gear. Certainly plenty of professional level products to choose from.

  We’ve been here many times and always had such great experiences.. the associates are super helpful and kind. They’ve helped my boyfriend find new running shoes and a headlamp.. if you ever have questions about a product they’re always more than happy to give advice and talk thru options. We also needed to get our skis sharpened and waxed and Jeremy/Sam/Mike hooked us up the same day- they were done within 20 mins. Planning to come back again for a full tune up. Feel lucky to have an REI so close by and the people who work there are awesome

  Lots of "stuff" here, if you do outdoors "stuff". Good selection and helpful staff.

  If I could give this store a 0-star I would. 1st off walking in the store is a mess. I had to find someone to ask where the particular items vicinity I came in on was. Then as I was checking out with a pair of gloves, the lady had told me that it was a “members only” which is $30 because it was discounted $14. I then asked if I could pay full price and they had said no. Make that make sense, never heard of a business that didn’t want my money. The lady then went and checked with the manager who was not friendly at all and she had certainly said no. I will never be returning to this place or any REI for that matter because of how unbelievably inefficient the whole process to get gloves was, but also with the snobby behaviors of the employees and manager.
