- LFLuke Fasso5 days ago1.0If I could give this store a 0-star I would. 1st off walking in the store is a mess. I had to find someone to ask where the particular items vicinity I came in on was. Then as I was checking out with a pair of gloves, the lady had told me that it was a “members only” which is $30 because it was discounted $14. I then asked if I could pay full price and they had said no. Make that make sense, never heard of a business that didn’t want my money. The lady then went and checked with the manager who was not friendly at all and she had certainly said no. I will never be returning to this place or any REI for that matter because of how unbelievably inefficient the whole process to get gloves was, but also with the snobby behaviors of the employees and manager.
