  BLUF: Unsafe!! Multiple random people had key access to our room. Massively understaffed. You will regret spending your time and money here. What an awful hotel experience. It took over AN HOUR AND A HALF to check in and even once I got to the check in desk, there was a problem with their system that took even longer to resolve. Every night I walked by the front desk, there was a line out the door to check in. The manager told me this wasn't even the worst she had ever seen. I could over look this if this was the only issue we ran into, but we had TWO SEPARATE incidences of random people having access to our room!! In the morning someone had key card access to our room and just opened the door without knocking or anything like room service should have. Then at 11:30pm some random couple had access to our room again!! They were definitely given our room by mistake, which should never ever happen. Thank goodness our door latch was on, so we didn't have them completely able to enter the room. We spent the entire stay feeling unsafe and worried about who might randomly enter our room next. My dad's room had no hot water the entire time, his sink flooded water onto the floor anytime you turned it on and the elevator button didn't work so you had to go up before you could go down. Housekeeping never came to refill toilet paper or towel for the whole 3 day stay. The whole building smells like cigarettes. Just stay anywhere else. Pros: Salt Grass was delicious. Convenient location for skiing heavenly. The sports bar restaurant was a great place to watch any game. DO NOT stay at this hotel. You will have random people break into your room at night if you can even check into your room in the first place.

  Those new rooms are excellent and still the lowest price point among the casino hotels. We've been to all of the casino hotels to ski heavenly and these new sunset branded rooms are as good as harveys! Only downside is that it's a little far compared to Harrah's and harveys but offers a fresher room for way cheaper. Make sure to stay in a sunset room!

  Muy mal servicio me canselaron mi cuarto llegamos tarde exacta mente alas 2:25 am. Pero antes ablamos para desirles ke llegaríamos tarde por el tráfico dijeron ke no abría problema porque teníamos reservaciones y ellos solo cancelaron y nomas nos dijeron que en 5 o 10 dias devolverían el dinero. No les importo qué trajeramos ninos. El de la recepción dijo que no se podía aser nada

  Location is great right on 50. Lots of parking for guests. Rooms have enough space for 4 adults to be comfortable and not crowded. Bathroom is big, 2 sinks, lots of counter space with open shelving below and on 1 wall, and there's an articulated makeup mirror on the other wall which is handy. Service personnel are friendly, pleasant and helpful in all things. Nice covered area at entrance for loading and unloading, plenty of luggage carts.

  Had a terrible experience here. Even after spending a good amount of money here, having a room on the top floor still wasn't enough to keep them from discriminating me in the casino. Instantly after getting a players card and membership with this joke of a casino, we get asked our identification. I was getting stared down all night by some small lady name Lourdes I felt very unwelcome in there. They have what looks like children of staff in there the young looking boy Aiden couldn't ask for our identification so he got a different lady with tattoos and glasses her name also started with A. She almost broke my drivers license bending it, flashing her black light on it. Then said we were good. After just getting it verified at the front desk. Their staff is just all over the place. How am I supposed to continue to enjoy myself and give them more money after this ? Conveniently as we were walking out I heard a guest of the hotel speaking about dark skinned people. I unfortunately spent $100+ on a hotel room and couldn't go home after this experience. My room on the top floor also had no amenities, no microwave, no fridge. My bathroom door barely worked, you have to pay for breakfast, the bathtub was also disgusting so they provided a bath mat but at least I had a view. Whole experience made me want to go home and end my vacation which I did.
