    I’m not sure why this store has low rating. We had an exceptional experience. We called before driving from Fernley (50 min away), the technician/salesman Jason was well informed about potential issues we might have had with our trailer, asked the right questions to find the converter we were looking for. When we arrived, he was friendly and served us very fast, explaining how to change it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Only great emotions and the right parts after the visit!

    After their system charged my card 3 times and no order confirmation I call to find out no order placed but they have a hold on $154.00 and have to wait 5 to 10 days for a refund for an order I wanted and then tell me to use an different card, give them more money to place the order now and not wait for the refund to palace the order they screwed up on in the first place. Save yourself the headache and just order from Amazon it's the same price if not cheaper also comes with a Amazon warranty where camping world is famous for once they have your money they don't care about you anymore
