  Not a five star hotel rooms are clean please get a non-smoking room can't beat the price for a quick stay.

  Warning they allow animals into the casino for those that have allergies. So smoke is not enough but non service animals are allowed too. Bummer.

  Showed up for a reservation and when I walked in the room it already stunk of weed, which was fine until I left and was told I would not be getting my deposit back, even though I don’t smoke. So obviously I was upset about that but I accepted that I’m not getting my 50 dollars back and moved on, and now when I’m trying to set up another reservation I’m being told I’m banned because of paraphernalia in the room, again I don’t smoke so you can see where the frustration is coming from

  The casino part of this establishment is nice and the food choices are also good but this hotel is a bad place to stay overnight. Ive been staying here for about 20 years and this hotel has been going downhill with lack of good hotel management. I checked in recently about 2:30 pm and ended up leaving about 10pm that same night and driving 7.5 hrs home due to the kids and adults who are living full time in this hotel that make this an uncomfortable place to stay. The kids were running around their room upstairs and jumping on the beds making it hard to sleep. This was non stop for 3 hrs and when i called the front desk no one answered. Then there was someone smoking weed in their room and blowing it in the vents so it came in my room and stunk up my room. I usually stay here 2 times a year and these same situations continue to happen. When you let people live in the rooms full time especially with kids this ends up causing problems for overnight guests. They need to clean up this hotel part of the casino and hire a professional manager that has the experience to clean it up. The first lady I spoke with about getting my room early was rude and lacked basic customer service skills when asked if I could check in early. This has also been an ongoing problem over the past few years. Lucky the second lady I spoke with had better people skills. There seems to be a lack of good management on the hotel side of this establishment. I will stay somewhere else from now on and have to pay more money.

  The room was nicer than expected and they have in room coffee, an anomoly in NV. The casino and surrounding public spaces reek of cigarette smoke and desperation. Staff was nice.
