I was just recently hospitalized and diagnosed with a serious disease, I asked for help in selling part of my collection on consignment. I was not informed that one of my rifles had sold until stopping by one day because the buyer was having issues with it, and to carson armories admission, the buyer had lost a spring, found it, relost it. I dropped off an extra I had just to be kind, and then was informed the next day that the firearm was taken on return. Which on a consignment firearm, is absolutely unheard of. Its nearly unheard of on new firearms. I was then asked to come down to the shop and repair a firearm that had already been legally transferred out of my name twice at this point, and not being a licensed gunsmith. For a business that brags about being around for twenty years, they claimed to have no experience replacing an extractor spring on a roller delayed firearm and needed somebody fresh out of the hospital to do it? Lawsuit waiting to happen there. I had to demand my money for the gun that had been sold, and take down another ten guns that had been still listed on consignment. Not only was it completely insulting, but they also decided to keep a holster and a few boxes of .38 S&W belonging to one of the guns, and made no attempt to reach out about it either. Stay far, far away. Its one thing to be a thief, but its another to attempt to take advantage of somebody in need and play fool about it. Completely and utterly insulting.

Yes, we facilitate firearm transfers. We handle private party transfers between Nevada residents and accept out-of-state transfers. Both types require a background check. Please call for our fee structure. It's worth noting that private party transfers between immediate family members residing in Nevada are exempt from background check requirements.

Nevada does not have a firearm registration program for any type of firearm. You're free to own and use your firearms without registration, provided you do so safely and responsibly.
