We will probably not stay her again . Also had construction going on at eight in the morning across from our room so we did not get to sleep in.

- JCJeri CrewsDec 29, 20251.0The location is the only good thing I experienced. Arriving, check in was quick, but the receptionist was not welcoming at all. Got to our room, and the toilet could not flush at all!! Just urine, and it filled with water to the rim. Engineering came quickly, but how did housekeeping not check the toilet flushed when they cleaned?? We left for the evening and returned around 11 pm. Upon getting in bed, there was a huge hole in the mattress on the right side. It was like the inside of the mattress was completely smashed in. Im talking a 14-16 inch diameter indentation. Im 5'6 and 150 pounds and I kept falling into this all night. Upon checkout, I told the same receptionist as the day before, who showed no interest or concern. Again, how does housekeeping not notice or address this? Unless they do, and Management fails to act. Poor upkeep makes me not want to return. They are nearly the only pet friendly place in the area, but I will look into an air bnb next time.
