  Alot of old coaches on this property to have a 15 year limit. What's up with that?? It brings the property down!

  …. Fui a la oficina esta semana para pedir más información sobre la renta de ese lugar para mi autocaravana, fue demasiado incómodo para mí, en la oficina el personal fue racista y tuvieron comentarios muy fuera de lugar, debido a mi origen latino NO RECOMENDADO!!

  I called to check availability, and I was told they do not accept converted vans, only RVs. However, I had been there previously and the girl in front desk told me if the van had a shower, bathroom, and separate fresh water and gray water tanks, it would be acceptable. At that time, they simply did not have availability. I called again a week later and was told they could not accept my van. I explained what I had been told before, and she said they did not have availability—even though at the beginning of the call they said they did have availability, which is why they asked what type of RV I had. Then they abruptly hung up on me. Terrible customer service. I don’t understand how they hire people who don’t know how to treat customers or deal with the public. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

  Been here 9 years, seldom an issue. Price is competitive. Don't like dogs bigger than 20# even if a disability, says ok but watches him closely. I just finished reading many reviews with 1 star, am not understanding y some think that because an rv is 10 years old even if they've been here those years, that they should be kicked out just like that! I came when my rv was new and my rv will be 10 years old next year. I think the rule has exceptions when rvs have been here for all 10 years. So it angers me to think that they should remove me once my rv is 10 yrs. Old.
