Finding the right camping supplies can be a bit overwhelming with so many options, but the staff here made it incredibly easy. A massive shout-out to Richard, who was an absolute lifesaver. He provided incredible help throughout my visit. He is very friendly, genuinely knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the outdoors. It’s rare to find that level of personalized service these days. I walked out feeling confident in my gear and ready for the trail. If you’re heading in, definitely look for Richard!
