The service manager was rude and seemed put out to do his job when I was directed to speak with him. I received my bike back a few days later. They didn't even put air in my rear tire. They did however remove my rear reflector from the bike for some unknown reason when it very much was on the bike when I dropped it off. I will go to Henderson to the trek store out there from now on.
