  Ame! Este hotel en lo personal es algo mágico sentir que hay un pedacito de Venecia aquí en las vegas es increíble, para empezar , Las habitaciones son muy amplias y muy cómodas ordenadas y limpias modernas y adecuadas para el tiempo, el hotel es enorme así que tienes que estar seguro adonde vas a estar si tienes algún evento dentro de él, tiene vistas increíbles incluyendo en tu ventana la maravillosa esfera gigante de Las Vegas es hermoso apagar la luz y estar observando desde tu cama súper súper divertido para los niños, caminar por los pasillos de shopping te hace sentir que estuvieras en un Mall de cinco estrellas las tiendas son muy exclusivas, fui en el tiempo de frío pero eso no es impedimento para ir a las piscinas ya que están térmicas deliciosas y hay un spa exquisito! Caminar por el pequeño Venecia siente como se acabará de llover y comer en los deliciosos restaurantes es sumamente una experiencia sobrenatural te va a encantar! Definitivamente volveré 😉

  this location is right by the wind which offers vastly superior service. Service is critical to everything. The problem is that when you have to store your luggage they make you wait in an hour long line to store luggage. They only have one guy working at luggage department and it literally takes him 20 minutes per customer so in general it’s way better to stay at the wind which has much better service and service is critical. The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are fine. The actual lobby looks great however there’s a massive line to get your room key. There’s a massive line to check your luggage. There’s a massive line to pick up your luggage. Everything is a line in here so when you’re spending top dollar for a room, you expect better service. The service levels go down and the room prices keep going up. That’s why so few people are actually going to Vegas now. I would caution before staying here and hope that management addresses this. I spoke to the manager of the hotel who told me that. she cannot help that staffing is staffing and even though one person’s working there like that’s not up to her. So there you go you got a hotel that has issues and they refuse to address them.

  We booked a king suite with a sphere view in september. On the day of arrival in December they took away that sweep and only offered us a two queen replacement. The room was nice but that was beds don't fit me which is why I specifically booked a king. You need to take and hold the reservation otherwise why are you making one? In addition to getting the wrong room forced on us, the first night we ordered room service they completely screwed up the order and then 2 hours later when it still hadn't come we finally had to cancel. The following mornings we ordered coffee to be delivered and they ignored the times and either came an hour early or a half an hour late. They have a very nice Fitness room with all the equipment you could ask for. Happy with the casino and all the restaurants we tried.

  The Venetian was magnificent with a few critical exceptions. I was disappointed in the room. It was on the 4th floor overlooking the hood ventilation system. Upon arrival, we wanted to change, freshen up, and eat. The luggage took over an hour to arrive. By this time, it was too late. The guest staying in the room before we checked in left their clothes in the drawers. We called, and there was no apology. They said they would send someone up. We waited for 30 minutes, and the items were still not picked up. We called, and they said they were on the way. We waited about another 20 minutes and called again. We wanted to leave the room and explore. I said we would leave them outside the door. They said no because it is not permitted. They said to call back when we were back in the room, and someone would come and retrieve the items. I decided to pack up the clothes and items and give them to a maid. One morning, we wanted to order breakfast for delivery to the room. We called to order because the app was not working. We ordered, and they said it would take over an hour. We decided not to wait an hour and find somewhere else to eat. On two occasions, we told the cleaning staff we were leaving for a couple of hours and asked them to clean the room before we returned. They said ok. When we returned to the room, the bed had not been cleaned, and there were no new towels. As a customer staying at your hotel, we were unsure whether the room was adequately cleaned on the first night because the drawers were not checked. Then, there was the fiasco of having to beg to have the property taken away. As customers, we shouldn't be inconvenienced by having to wait so long for our luggage after traveling all day. As a customer, I shouldn't have to wait over an hour for in-room breakfast service. As a customer paying for a nice room at a great hotel, we should have the room cleaned. This can all be fixed by retraining in customer service and attending to the guest's needs, rather than what is convenient for the hotel.
