We always stay the Venetian and LOVE it. Today there is a concert in town and they are busy. Our room with a view of the sphere wasn't available when we arrived so they offered a "better" loft suite. What a joke!! The bathroom is tiny, I have no view of the sphere or anything other than a parking garage. On top they charged me MORE and when I complained my original room is no longer available now.... absolutely frustrated and disappointed. This is our third visit this month and might be my last. Revised - customer service called me, moved me rooms, offer some free food and late checkout, faith restored!

We enjoyed the Venetian but where it fell short was the housekeeping. We couldn't get our room cleaned during our stay. We even went to the front desk on the morning of day 2 to ask to have our room serviced. When it wasn't a few hours later I spoke to one of the housekeepers on our floor who wrote down our room number promising we'd get service. Over 4 hours later and into the late afternoon it still wasn't done even though there were multiple housekeeping staff in our hallway. Ended up exchanging the towels and taking out the garbage on our own. That was the negative. The positive was the choice of dining options there are lots of choices in and around the hotel affordable to high end. The location of the hotel is very central to the Sphere, to the mall and of course the shopping at the hotel shops.

We stayed in a Grand One Bedroom Luxury Suite and it was absolutely impressive — incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully designed. The separate living area, large bathroom, and overall layout made it feel far more elevated than a typical hotel room. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re attending an event at the nearby Sphere. It’s an easy and convenient walk, which makes it one of the best places to stay for shows there. The staff throughout the property were welcoming and helpful, and the food options are excellent. With so many restaurants on-site, there’s something for every taste without ever needing to leave the resort. Spacious suites, great dining, strong service, and an unbeatable location — five stars without hesitation.

If you’re traveling with family or a group, this hotel is one of the most well‑rounded and enjoyable places you can choose. It strikes a rare balance between upscale comfort and thoughtful practicality, making it an easy standout for travelers who want both style and convenience. Exceptional Space & Comfort One of the biggest advantages here is the generous room layout. The suites feel more like modern apartments than standard hotel rooms — spacious, clean, and designed with comfort in mind. For groups, the setup is ideal: multiple sleeping areas, a comfortable pull‑out sofa, and enough room for everyone to spread out without feeling crowded. The separation between the bedroom and living space adds a level of privacy that families especially appreciate. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, offering quick access to nearby attractions, dining, and entertainment. Whether you’re exploring the area on foot or using rideshare, it serves as a perfect home base. Getting in and out of the property is simple, and you’re never far from where you want Inside the resort, you’ll find a wide range of dining options — from casual bites to elevated meals — making it easy to enjoy great food without leaving the property. The shopping and common areas are lively and beautifully designed, offering plenty to explore between meals and outings. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down for a full dinner, there’s something for every taste and budget. From the spacious suites to the thoughtful amenities, this hotel delivers a well‑rounded, high‑quality stay that appeals to all types of travelers. It’s easy to see why so many guests return: the combination of comfort, convenience, and atmosphere creates a stay that feels both luxurious and comfortable

Staying here for a trade show - came back from dinner and there was a voice message on the phone to inform me that I’d been assessed a $500 fee for smoking in room. I asked how this is possible and was told the in room sensor discovered it and it is 100% accurate. I strongly protested on the phone as I don’t smoke anything, don’t drink etc. and had no guests into my room. I recieved an email stating that the finding that smoking occured in the room was the correct one but they will waive the fee this one time - obvious my first concern is they have a faulty sensor and I have no reason to think it won’t have another false positive for my next 2 nights here. I am very disappointed with the process and way they go about this trusting a product that is obviously not functioning to the accuracy required in my opinion when you are accusing guest of breaking policy solely on this one device - no room check or conversation to be had if I did not initiate it. I appreciate the need to eliminate smoking in the room but this is not a solution that will work if you wish to keep guest coming back.
