  This place is literally just money hungry now a days. They closed the Sourdough Cafe today (2/28/26) to turn it into a Dennys and didn’t even give their employees a 2 week notice and took away another one of my childhood memories. First you guys took off the buffet years ago and it sucked but at least I had sourdough cafe. Now I and many other customers are devastated and have to find other places to eat. You’re a terrible company

  Arizona Charlies used to be my favorite casino but after today, im never coming back. I booked a 2 night stay, first night played all day, spent mega bucks, asked for a comp because I was going to go back down tonight and spend more but they totally blew me off. I called and they asked me to call back so I did, then I waited and called again and they said call back, so I waited an hour and tried again but they said the boss had to look at my request which was just a request for casino comps, because I tip them when I win, but when I lose Im on my own, no comps, no return calls, no future business from me. I was going to go back down to play but I think id be better off at a casino that values customers 🤔 The ticket on my car windows saying I was parked illegally in what I thought was guest parking, is only available to people who matter, was a wakeup call. You're right, I shouldn't be here. There are too many places that appreciate my money to be treated like I dont matter.

  This is a solid 2 star hotel. I was here for 6 days. Let me start with the good: Their showers (well mine at least) was awesome. I mean it was probably the most powerful shower I’ve ever used at a hotel, it could nearly take the skin off your back. Very powerful pressure. Their cafe, sourdough cafe was pretty good too. Everything else was horrible. Like I said I stayed for 7 days and they only serviced my room once. They came by and dropped off towels another time but literally once they cleaned it in one week (and I requested them to clean it 3x). The other thing I didn’t like was the bait and switch. I purchased it on Booking for $40/night but after “resort fees” it came out to over $110/night. Absolutely not worth this amount. Would not recommend unless you want to go to sourdough cafe which I would recommend

  They charge an additional $300 for resort fees after you have paid reservation cost. So instead if room costing me $271.61. Cost me $571.61 for 5 days. But $150 is refundable 7 to 10 business days after you check out. King size bed with to standard sized pillows. Asked for Non Smoking room but room smell like someone has been smoking in it. Room is otherwise clean. Person next door banging on door yelling I need to be quiet he is trying to sleep. Calling Front desk phone is ringing and no one answers. I let the phone ring for 10 mins. Now I have to go down stairs because I do not feel safe in this room

  I have been going to Arizona Charlie’s for about the past 3 years. I am a legit Card member which is the second highest. Recently, I won a pretty Large amount of money on digital craps. But I have lost much more than that since then all on my players card. I came to the casino tonight and use my card for a cash balance of $1000. When approaching the cage, the lady disappear disappeared for a good 10 minutes and came back with someone else saying that I am no longer allowed to gamble at that casino. No real answer why. They also could not give me my money back for cash advance And said I would have to wait 2 to 5 business days for the money to go back to my account. Not only that, but the lady was very rude again. I have never caused any issues here and have frequent in this place And spent a pretty large amount of money here just to be treated like this And being told I cannot gamble here anymore is very upsetting.
