Service is clearly not his strong , lobby employees talk like if they have only the reason. We needed to clear the issues with the manager directly because the employees does not cooperate. Good location , but no security on perimeter , parking is open to everyone.

The rooms are not the worst or the best, but for the side of town this is in, I was happily surprised at this hidden little gem of a quite, clean, and drama free place to get away from the stresses in everyday life. Definitely recommend this place for a stay-cay va-cay! Don't forget to get some meatball sliders from PT's Express inside Arizona Charles!!!
