  Nice casino and good rewards. Rooms are a bit outdated. Issue with deposits and was charged $85 dollars fee ( which wasn’t disclosed when I was 15 minutes late checking out! Security guard knocked on door exactly after 11. I’ve never had an issue like this. Pretty tacky. Otherwise price is fair ( just be aware of extra charges)

  Was there 15 minutes and had my $1000 bicycle stole from the bike rack right out front while security was shooting the breeze with the hotel receptionist

  I was SO disappointed. There was no blanket, trash can, or area for me to work. The curtains were not attached properly, and the bed looked like they put it in as an afterthought. The distance between the bed and dresser is approximately 6 inches.

  I have stayed here in the past and thought it was an excellent hotel for the price. This weekend showed other wise. Our room smelled like cigarette even after we sprayed air fresheners like crazy. The carpet is horribly stained and it seemed like the room was not vacuumed. The pullout couch had sooo many stains of all colors. Yellow, brown, red you can get the idea. Our closet had a what I believe was blooded smeared on the walls and the dust on the rack of the closet was unbelievable. I am very upset on the stay and will no longer be staying there for my future travels. I think it’s time for an upgrade. It is getting ridiculous that rooms are looking liked this. Hotels have should take some pride in being a hotel and be more clean in their rooms. I stayed in building one room 2101. Very upsetting to see this.

  I tried them for a first time. The location was sort of ran down. I had to wait of course til 3 to check in so I sat at a machine for 3 hours. I.was not about to purchase any movies so I had really nothing to watch. The called to speak with the housing team and they said that they restricted across the board. I want room service and I put the sign out no where never came so I had to call and asked what was the point of the door tag if we can't use it. The room smelled awful, the floors were bad. A couple of times my key did not work. One day after I left and called the housekeeping number she went in rearranged all my items and left the curtain wide open with all my things showing through the window. I had a really bad experience there and would not be back.
