- TMTom MApr 7, 20261.09feb2026. Spent about 45 minutes in the REI store in Henderson, NV. Found a pair of shoes on the clearance rack that I wanted. At checkout (young male cashier), I was told the clearance rack prices were only for members. I declined the $30 fee and returned the shoes to the clearance rack. There were no signs indicating the membership policy related to the clearance rack. It’s a scam and illegal.
