My husband Jason and I stayed here for a romantic getaway from Nebraska, and it made our first trip to Las Vegas so special. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We really enjoyed the food. There was so many great options to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. One of our favorite parts was spending time at the bar and big TV area, where we got to watch our team, The Lakers, beat the Rockets. The energy and vibe were amazing, and it made the experience even more memorable. The casino was also so much fun, never a dull moment. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was perfect for a loving, fun getaway. We had such an unforgettable time together and will definitely be coming back to stay at The M Resort again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great mix of relaxation, fun, and good vibes! Thank you staff from The M Resort for having us and making it an amazing stay!

This is my first stay at the M terrible front desk attitude no welcome smile nothing not even directions to elevators. First room lights broken I had to move my room.I dealt with Lori at the front desk she was very nice I wish I had her when I arrived she gave me a 50 dollar food credit but I would’ve much rather had a better experience for my first stay. I booked a non smoking floor (11th)it smells like marijuana so bad I have a headache! I complained to the front desk and they requested to send security but they never arrived. Onion rings and fries at the Vig deli was so old and bad tasting I had to take them back the remake was even worse!! I left my room early so it would be clean for my friend to visit, returned hours later room still with unmade beds no clean towels I called the front desk she informed me the rooms are only cleaned every other day I had to ask for at least clean towels! Since I gamble here I thought the rooms would be a nice place to stay but not so much in my case it’s a large room but the Oder is not worth it. I can’t wait to get out of this place and will cancel my stay for May.

We recently stayed a few nights at this newer off-Strip hotel and casino, and while there’s definitely some good here, the overall experience left us feeling like we’d try somewhere else next time. Let’s start with the positives—because there are some. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was great, and the WiFi actually worked well (which, if you travel often, you know isn’t always a given). The pool area was also well done and enjoyable. That said, the adults-only (21+) pool was still closed, which was a bit of a letdown and something we had been looking forward to. A couple of room details are worth noting. There’s no microwave or coffee machine, which may or may not matter depending on your habits, but is something to be aware of. More importantly, the smoke detector has an incredibly bright light that flashes every several seconds—bright enough to illuminate the entire room each time. It made it surprisingly difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Where things started to slip was with the food. Several of the on-site restaurants seem to have had strong reputations in the past, but more recent reviews raised some concerns—and unfortunately, our experience aligned with those. The meals we tried were consistently overcooked and underwhelming in flavor. We didn’t dine at the higher-end spots, so maybe those are better, but based on what we had, it didn’t inspire confidence. The moment that really stood out—and ultimately shaped how we feel about the property—was surprisingly small, but telling. One night we ordered pizza to the room and called to request a couple of plates and some silverware. We were informed there would be an $11 charge… just to bring basic dinnerware. That felt less like hospitality and more like nickel-and-diming guests, and it left a bad taste that lingered more than the food did. Overall, this place has the foundation to be a great stay—clean rooms, solid amenities, and a modern feel. But between the declining food quality, missing in-room basics, the sleep-disrupting room setup, and small decisions that come across as prioritizing profit over guest experience, it just didn’t quite land for us. If you’re considering staying here, you’ll likely have a comfortable room—but if great dining, thoughtful service, and standard in-room conveniences matter to you, it may be worth exploring other options nearby.

We had a really great stay overall and truly enjoyed our time here. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an amazing job—everything was spotless and refreshed perfectly each day, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience at the bar didn’t match the rest of our stay. We sat for quite a while before even being acknowledged or receiving service, and when we finally were helped, the server came across with a noticeable attitude. When my husband ordered a drink, she changed it to something else without really confirming. We decided to just let it go at the time, but the interaction already felt off. Later, when he ordered a different drink, she brought the wrong one again. When we pointed it out, instead of correcting it professionally, she placed the blame on him, saying he should have told her sooner—even though he had clearly stated what he wanted. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily frustrating, especially for something that should have been a simple fix. Another downside was the pool closing at 7 PM on a Saturday, which felt a bit early for a weekend. The location is a bit of a trade-off—it’s nice being off the Strip because it’s quieter and less hectic, but at the same time, it’s not as convenient if you’re planning to spend a lot of time there.

We recently stayed at the M Resort in Henderson, Nevada, and had a great overall experience. We were lucky enough to stay in the new tower, and the view was absolutely worth it, seeing the Las Vegas Strip from that perspective, along with the full view of the Las Vegas Valley, was really something special. The new rooms are very quaint, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything felt clean and modern, and the amenities were solid. The shower, in particular, stood out as a really nice feature. The property itself is well laid out and spacious, which made it easy to navigate and enjoy without ever feeling crowded. There are plenty of restaurant options, many of which feel unique to the resort, giving you a lot of variety without needing to leave the property. The pool area is also very large with plenty of seating, which we appreciated. The water was definitely on the cold side, but it was still a nice place to relax. One thing we did wish for was a designated adults-only section, as the pool area had quite a few loud kids during our visit. Customer service throughout our stay was friendly and welcoming, which made a positive impression. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back.
