  Great sales on the bikes, knowledgeable and great service from Chadd n Joe Customer service is above and beyond with relationships that have grown to trust and understanding the bike industry as well as the sport side of it. Can’t say enough to where I’m always satisfied when I go.

  I recently purchased a 2025 Trek Top Fuel 8 from the Trek store on Stephanie Street, and I couldn’t be happier with both the bike and the overall buying experience. The showroom has an impressive selection of bikes—from mountain and full-suspension models to e-bikes—so there’s truly something for every type of rider. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. Jonathan made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to understand my needs, clearly explained my options, and walked me through the benefits of each bike without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge and patience were exceptional, and he thoughtfully compared different in-stock models to help me make the right decision. He also suggested a few accessories—like upgraded pedals, an electric pump, and the Feedback Sports Rakk 2.0—that have already enhanced my riding experience, all without trying to upsell me into something unnecessary. I ultimately upgraded my pedals, grips, and seat, and I absolutely love how the bike rides. If you’re in the market for a new bike, I highly recommend stopping by this Trek store.   We bought a Trek Precaliber 12 for our grandson in Henderson, NV, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I called my local bike shop in Tuscaloosa, and Dillon took care of everything seamlessly. The Trek store in Henderson then reached out to my wife to handle payment, and pickup was scheduled with no hassle at all. My daughter and son-in-law picked up the bike on Friday, and it was fully assembled and ready to go. Damien even picked out a helmet, and now he’s all set to ride on Christmas Day! Big thanks to the Trek family for making this such an easy and joyful experience. Great service across the board!
