He always goes the extra mile when working on my stuff and I appreciate him a bunch. Also a shout out to Jake who is usually there to check my bike in/out and is extremely helpful as well. The staff is Always more than happy to help you and friendly. Unfortunately not today, I dont appreciate passive agressive bad attitude, specially when I am respectful . Hillary seemed annoyed and bothered by my simple question. As soon as I walked away, I saw her interacting with another customer, and she was very nice. Maybe it was my ethnicity.
