    REI-COOP is my happy place, I come here often, and throughout the years I have visited many locations in different states and always had a good interaction with the staff. The staff is Always more than happy to help you and friendly. Unfortunately not today, I dont appreciate passive agressive bad attitude, specially when I am respectful . Hillary seemed annoyed and bothered by my simple question. As soon as I walked away, I saw her interacting with another customer, and she was very nice. Maybe it was my ethnicity.

    I definitely understand why this store has such a high rating. The employees are kind and considerate. The store is clean and well organized. They have plenty of inventory in stock to choose from. The ONLY reason for the 4 stars 🌟 unfortunately I keep getting a reminder to take a survey......... I do recommend this location to others.

    This place is amazing. They seem to have everything for the outdoors. Including bikes. Staff is very helpful and friendly, great shopping experience.

    REI is solid wherever you go. I came by because I realized I needed better hiking boots after a day out in running shoes. They were really helpful, offering advice, and promptly assisting in getting the right size shoes to try on.
