  I don't even know how people could be in there this evening! It's cooler outside! 🥵 AC does not work - gross. Nice attempt to save face - it's not the first time the AC has been out. Only thing y'all got going, is that it's the only place, for something for adults to do, within a 2-3 hour drive! And the food at both restaurants suck!

  Arrived at hotel to find lobby hot. Was told A/C was out and they were working on it. Luckily the rooms had their on A/C units. The casino was extremely hot 🥵. Looks the the only place that had some air was the high roller game area and the restaurants outside the casino. This is a problem that just happened, we came several months ago before the weather got hot and the A/C was out then. I was told by some floor personnel that it was being worked on and they were supposed to be getting new units on the roof. You could see personnel and guest shirts wet from sweat and the only relief was them getting cold water for you. This should be unacceptable for a business to be run like this. The personnel should protest for working in such conditions. It’s obvious that Zia Park management doesn’t care about their employees or customers. Damn shame you come to spend money and have some fun but all you get is misery and heat. The temperature for the days I was there was in the 98 to 100 degrees for the two days we spent here. This isn’t a just started problem it’s been going on for a long time.

  Me and my husband went to the steak house at 9:30 pm on a Saturday and they said they were closed. Six waitress at the front very rude. Casino had no AC on a very hot day that is 96 degrees outside. Ice machine can’t keep up with the demand of people. Machines need to be updated.

  Casino is extremely hot ! Here i am in my room instead of playing,they have paper fans to fan yourself...its freaking hot a suffocating the more you ho to the high rollers.

  When I asked if I could stay another night they automatically said they were reserved and booked without looking in the system. Stayed 2 nights what was another night with the same room. I had no issues what so ever I just enjoyed staying and wanted another day. Didn't matter the cost what mattered was there response without looking in the system to see if they could or couldn't.
