  Entire casino reeks of cigarettes. Broken games all over the place and then paid for a pizza to get a kids size. Was kinda turned off to the whole experience. I may try again a different time. Lots of cool slot games though

  Checked in an hour early and paid $10. Then they say I get a Texas discount but since 3pm is still too early for check in, my discount went out the window. I checked into room 228, I am here ALONE I took a day away to get a break only to stay at the WRONG hotel. Not only was the shower covered in soap scum but had hair in the shower on the walls. This room doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in probably a month. Also my curtains wouldn’t close all the way because the very top was not attached. If I could reach it it I would but this hotel is the absolute worst! The alarm goes off every two hours! This is complete BULLSPIT! My sink leaked water all night, the AC was like a damn animal dying EVERY hour it came on during the night. I went up to the front desk at 4am to tell the front desk and the ONLY option is to change rooms. For maintenance not to be here on a weekend to fix things is beyond me. I will NEVER RECOMMEND OR STAY HERE EVER AGAIN. It’s sad I grew up in Hobbs and the idiots in Odessa actually DO SOMETHING about an issue! Especially paying $200 for one damn night! This place is the worst on customer service and the front desk really needs to lean to be more kind and not be so damn stuck up!

  Terrible service, the room had trash from previous visitors, the shower wasn’t hot at all and the breakfast is basically nothing and what’s there it’s very bad quality

  Great place to have fun and relax. Its been a few years since I've booked a room so I am unsure of any renovations to the hotel or the restaurant. The casino seems to have major improvements! Lots of games, would recommend to come!

  I go to your casino maybe ten times a year, since the official grand opening date. I never take less than $100 to play. Out of all of those times going, I have only won a few hundred dollars on the very first time I went. That's truly a shame. Highway robbery, only legal and willingly on my part. I'm such an idiot, that's what I am thinking every single time I leave from there broke as hell.
