  The room was handicap accessible but it needs updates. Needs, walk-in shower, easier access to shower controls, easier access to soap dispensers and a shower chair. Door lock did not work.

  It was my birthday and I had a good time at the casino enjoyed myself it's always a pleasure to feeling get out of town relaxing and have fun win or lose

  LONG READ: On 11/16, while I was playing at a machine, a man approached me and demanded that I get off the machine and stop playing because he had already put a lot of money into it, also Accusing me of taking whatever money he had on that machine “because he walked away to go get more cash”. I had been there just a few minutes because it was OPEN (chair was down) with $0 credits. So his behavior was uncalled for and made me uncomfortable. Then threatened me with security and how they’re going to check the cameras and what not. He then proceeded to place his arm directly in front of me, reaching across my space in an attempt to press the service button. As a natural reaction, I put my arm out to block him from invading my personal space. I was later told by security that they reviewed the footage and that I had “swatted” him . I want to be VERY clear that I truly don’t recall “swatting him” being in the heat of the moment that must’ve been an instinctive reaction from feeling threatened by a man reaching across my body. I was asked to leave for the night and although I complied fully, the situation did not sit right with me after returning home. I contacted the casino today 11/17 and spoke with Nancy in HR, she got back to me a her response initially was “I reviewed it and yes you on smacked him” and just said okay and left it like that. I called back for clarification on something and what a coincidence it went to voicemail like 3 times, then she answered and came off agitated, dismissive and unprofessional. She told me, “Ma’am, I don’t know what else to tell you, you ‘full on smacked the top of his hand’. You weren’t banned forever just for the night! I’m not going back to review the footage again. I did answer your question & there was a lot of back and forth”. I asked when did I “snack the top of his hand” was it when I reached over to the machine next to me to press that service button or when he was in my personal space? But yet she had no answer and dismissed it. I said okay you have yourself a great day! Now I’m here! I want to make it clear that if they believe that I am “in the wrong” for “a swat/smack”, because a MAN felt like he had the right to reach out in front of me and press any button on my machine is UNACCEPTABLE! He 100% would NOT of done that had my husband was with me. And according to Nancy she couldn’t disclose to me if he had been asked to leave as well. None of this would’ve happened if that man accepted the fact SOMEONE ELSE moved his “saved seat” and I got there when it was free! I used to like going but won’t be returning. They won’t care because at the end of the day they bring in tons of money with or without me.

  Honestly. The layout of the place is actually really good. Service is GREAT. My only issue is the casino doesn't allow you to drink alcohol in it and no live table games. Im sure both of those things are due to some legal stuff thats way above my paygrade. Had a great time betting on the live horse races! Ill definitely be back for horse races.

  Overall, it’s a great place to stay at. We’ve had issues here and there with rooms. Some have had a horrible smell, others have very low water pressure. Generally-speaking though, it’s a good place to stay at. You can go downstairs and grab a drink or two while you play trivia night, or just go to the casino. Ambience is great.
