  Been here for about 30 minutes and there are no servers or bartenders waiting on people. Lots of people walking by but no one is being serviced.

  My wife and I were driving through town last week from a funeral and stopped as it was the Only option in town. We were like cool let's do some slots. Room was disgusting. Clearly they do not clean. Condom wrapper on bed still. Inches of dust and socks and trash behind the bed not just in the one the gave us with the condom wrapper on bed. But also the room they gave us after my wife complained and they got us a new room. Only to wake up in the morning with a water bug on top of me. . I was livid. Spoke to front desk who seemed not to care but told me a manager would contact us and we would get a refund. .. no refund and no management ever called. ..

  Tammie was rude , just the interaction I understand you can’t be on the phone when you get to the counter I had my id in the back of my phone , and she was just rude Could of said hey you can’t be on the phone up here In a nicer tone Her customer service isn’t great Train her more Or put her to clean up the lobby cause she’s not great I have been in customer service for over 15 years , and she was just not the greatest You would get better customer service at McDonald’s This was my 2nd visit and if I see Tammie She will not be the person I would want helping me at all , UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE , When I went up to the window I just told her I lost my penn play card And she like ok let me see your id In a rude way Maybe yall need a training video on how to approach customers and how not to approach customers Fine I understand if you have a rude customer, but like I wasn’t rude at all ,

  Machines are never functioning. Kiosk are broken and out of order leaving long lines to cash out. When machine breaks, it takes forever to get attendant and it usually requires going on a search. No other casino is this horrible. The hotel is being redone, but the rooms smell like death - no other way to describe it. I'd rather drive a little farther and get a nice clean room and have ample machines (functioning ones) to play

  As always, another enjoyable stay. From the front desk vixon , Donna, who helps with any request I may have. To Makayla, Abigail Casino, and crew in the kitchen. Friendly service, great food. I just wish they had a beefy salad. Casino crew are also kind and genuine. Although, I wish they'd honor the emails they send regarding promotions. Seems to be a "CATCH" redeeming EVERYTIME! Oh, but I dont understand why we cant pay for a drink at the bar and TAKE it to the casino floor. As long as you're not selling drinks on the floor, right?
