We were helped by two great people in the shoe department and one special lady named Zoe in backpacking/hiking gear. She was so wonderful in explaining the different tents available along with pricing factors. Additionally, she thoughtfully explained many facets of “keeping warm” during tent camping and helped us understand many other aspects to consider for future purchases. She is incredibly well versed in backpacking and camping and her experience and knowledge shines through. Such a kind, warm, and helpful woman. REI, You have a star in her and will 1000% be coming back/ purchasing items she recommended as we build the inventory. For anyone else interested in these products, definitely seek out Zoe and her knowledge! Thank you Zoe!
