  This is my favorite sports and wellness to work out at. It is a very small facility, but the small list creates a really nice intimacy and friendliness that’s hard to find in the larger gyms. As an added bonus, this is the only one of the sports and wellness that I’m aware of that has great bicycle parking/lock up. Like Arnold S, I like to ride my bike to my workout. The other sports and wellness is put the bike lock areas outside and out-of-the-way in places that make it really easy for somebody to steal them. Midtown literally placed theirs near an out of the way path used mainly by unhoused people. At the downtown club, they put them upfront in a locked area where they are very secure. That’s super!

  My favorite sports and wellness is dwn twn location. The only dwn side is they close at 7pm I pay $200 a month and the hours are not good I feel like at that price they need atleast 1 of there locations to be a 24 hour.

  The staff is always friendly and helpful and there is always plenty of equipment to go around. I'm never waiting. I also love the variety of equipment, including the pool area and racquetball courts and classes. The variety keeps me excited to come back.
