  After my husband having a membership for a short period, I decided I will NEVER get a Sports and Wellness membership. Each time my card was charged for his membership the price went up. Started at $102 for one month and this last month ended up being $212! This is outrageous and I hope my card is not charged again after reading some of these reviews since he did cancel but my goodness I feel like we got scammed.

  It's clean, friendly staff, good hours, spacious with an abundance of equipment and facilities. I really don't know what all these bad reviews are about. I would encourage new customers to go in and see for themselves. Response to other reviews: - getting a towel from the front desk is not a great sacrifice - no music is a plus. Do you want your earbuds to have to compete with the manager's favorite music? - being open 24 hours a day is not a reasonable expectation. If you couldn't get a workout in during the 17 hours they were open, maybe you didn't really want to work out in the first place. - A facility this big is always going to have a few pieces of equipment out of order. Just ask the staff about something equivalent if your "favorite" equipment is not available.

  This gym is way overpriced. I agree with other reviewers that the equipment is outdated and not well maintained, and it’s just not worth the money. The selection of classes is kind of lacking, too. I’m switching back to Chuze, which is about 25% of the price and has a much better gym vibe. I just wish Chuze would open some more locations, because the current ones are not convenient for me.
