  ECT is the best casino host to work with! Amato, Gene, Kelly, Lyndsay and Nicole an very efficient, honest and fun to sail with. Just don't talk to Amato while he's playing at the CRAPS TABLE.... When are we cruising next??? Gene's birthday cruise???

  My recent Margaritaville at Sea cruise was a wonderful experience overall. My parents and I had a great time, and the atmosphere on board was warm and friendly thanks to both the crew and the fellow travelers. The only area that fell short was the complimentary beverages. The lemonade, juices, and coffee were noticeably watered down, and even the water had an unpleasant taste. However, the service throughout the ship was exceptional. Our stateroom attendant, Badrus, provided outstanding care and ensured our room was always in perfect condition. Bartenders Indri and Budiawan stood out for their friendliness and engaging personalities. Lingerlane impressed me with her hard work and constant positivity, even while working in multiple areas. In the Fins dining room, Murat delivered excellent service and made our meals memorable. The entertainment director, Terri, was phenomenal and brought great energy to every event. In the casino, dealers Lalalaine and Pamela made the experience enjoyable, and bartenders Iketut, Abdul, and Wahyu were consistently kind and attentive. Mario was also very friendly and always greeted guests with a smile. Despite the beverage issue, the outstanding staff made this cruise a truly enjoyable experience, and I look forward to sailing again.

  We have cruised on Virgin Voyages x 2 with the Executive team. Two great experiences from start to finish. Thankful for the wonderful experiences and great coordination/assistance. They have also assisted with stays and events in Las Vegas which has opened new doors and connections to that area for us. They are capable of helping while all your related color benefits stay in place instead of competing.

  I cannot say enough great things about Executive Casino Tours! For my very first cruise, they asked for my casino loyalty players club number and were able to secure me a FREE balcony room on Royal Caribbean to Alaska — an incredible experience and the perfect introduction to cruising. Since then, I’ve completed four complimentary cruises through them and currently have three more booked. Every experience has been seamless. They are extremely responsive — always replying within 24 business hours (often sooner) — and consistently helpful. As a first-time cruiser, I had a lot of questions, and they were patient, accommodating, and thorough every step of the way.
