He’s a ball of energy in the best way—personable, genuine, and instantly makes you feel like you’ve known him for years. Throughout the cruise he checked in on us several times to make sure we were having a great time, and it never felt forced—just thoughtful. ECT runs a true professional team: organized, honest about what they can and can’t do, always looking out for our best options, and consistently making sure our needs were taken care of.
