  I had a great experience at Lucky Strike. The atmosphere was fun, upbeat, and perfect for a night out, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Our server Tymhir, was amazing. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed the entire time. He stayed on top of everything without being overbearing, checked in at just the right moments, and made sure we always had what we needed. You can tell he truly cares about giving guests a great experience. The food and drinks came out quickly, everything was fresh, and Tymhir’s service honestly elevated the whole night. He went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks for the experience. We’ll definitely be coming back.

  One of the managers I believe, a bald guy with glasses, started our night rough by being rude with us. We simply asked to split the payment for our party and he got upset and said “oh now you want to mention that?” And gave us an annoyed look and sigh. Working in a guest experience environment I would expect more and was extremely disappointed in this service by him. All the other staff was great but to start it off like this was embarrassing on his part. We’ve come here several times for birthdays and other outings and have never been met by a manager like this. Please have him take a lesson in guest related services or get a refresher or something because that’s just uncalled for. I understand frustration but you do not put that onto the guests. Especially as a leader in the workplace, you should expect more. If he sees this, man do better.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Special shout out to the manager working on Friday, 2/13 (I can’t recall his name, I’m so sorry!). He was exemplary. Upgraded us to a quieter lane. Burger was delicious and service was quick. Win or lose, bowling at this place is always a good idea. Highly recommend coming here for a party or date night.

  El lugar es bonito y el servicio también pero no se por que ligan el refresco con agua no se si es para rendirlo o que pero no lo veo bueno asi arreglen eso The place is nice and the service is good too, but I don't know why they mix the soda with water. I don't know if it's to stretch it out or what, but it doesn't look good. They should fix that.

  Great experience at Lucky’s. I initially reserved two lanes for my family of 8 at Bowlero in Belleville, but they couldn’t accommodate us due to technical issues with the lanes. They instead referred us to Lucky’s and man were we happy. The bowling ally is big and very clean. Bob, who helped us with the reservation and our shoe rentals, was very friendly and super helpful. We are so delighted with the inconvenience since now we have a new go to spot for our bowing nights. Thank You Lucky Strike Wallington!!
