  We had an awsome server named John the place was so cool !! I even dropped my drink and they were so cool about it. Food was awsome service was great. Highly recommend.

  (New Year's Eve Party - Dec 31, 2025): Absolute nightmare—do NOT go here! We paid over $214 in advance for the New Year's party, expecting a decent celebration. Instead, both my wife and I got severe food poisoning from whatever garbage they served as "food." Anyone else who got our leftovers from that party also got sick, kids included. My wife vomited repeatedly all night long, couldn't sleep at all, and was miserably ill. I suffered terrible stomach cramps, nonstop diarrhea, and vomiting throughout the night and the entire next day. Symptoms didn't fully stop until three days later. Service was equally horrific. We were shorted one full order despite having prepaid everything. We complained to three different servers and staff members the whole time, but were completely ignored. They seemed far more interested in bar customers—I assume who tip extra for drinks?!—than honoring prepaid event orders. This place is unsafe and poorly managed. We'll never return, and we're reporting it to health authorities. It deserves immediate inspection, fiscalization, and shutdown. Disgraceful—ruined our New Year completely. Avoid at all costs!

  Great bowling, but be very careful with how “free” items are offered here. I booked online for a group of 10 on Christmas Eve (5–7 PM). Check-in was smooth, and the staff who gave us shoes and escorted us to lanes 3 and 4 was very kind. The bowling itself was fun and well organized. The issue started with our server. While helping with the lane bumpers for the kids, he offered soda and pizza and clearly used the word free. I told him multiple times I was not planning to order food and asked if there would be any charge. He confirmed it was free and included because of the reservation. Based on that, I accepted and only separately ordered mozzarella bites for one child. At checkout, I was given a $40 bill for soda and pizza. The server then explained that the pizza is only “free” if you buy a soda package—something that was never explained upfront. I never asked for these items; they were offered as free. When I spoke with the manager, the situation was handled poorly. Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication, the interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. What should have been a simple clarification turned into unnecessary stress, especially during a family outing on Christmas Eve. Some staff were great, but misleading wording and poor conflict handling took away from what could have been a positive experience.

  Fun experience as far as bowling and service, forgot buls name who was the waiter but he was very nice and served a great tasting Margarita in a pitcher (he would not tell us if he made it or put in a special request. The missing star is due to the pizza that came complimentary with our Margarita pitcher - despite the waiter saying the pizza is highly recommended (which I was completely skeptical of immediately), I have been suffering from severe diarrhea since. It's been almost 24 hours atp. Overall if ur looking for a good time in a fun environment this a good try especially for casual bowlers, just be sure to steer away from the chuck E cheese pizza

  Great atmosphere, as well as great staff. My twin boys had a party reservation that went beyond my expectations. Our server Kailey was amazing as well as Lisa. They made our experience amazing with their service. The manager Bill was just as amazing with ensuring our needs were met and everyone had a great time. I also would like to thank the kitchen staff as the food was amazing. I definitely would recommend them for party’s or just a great night out with friends. I can’t wait to go back. If I can give more than five stars I would. Great place!
