- HRHoward RaczkiewiczJul 22, 20255.0We own 5 Pedego bikes ,three we purchased from ADAM in SPRING LAKE ,Two in Florida.WeI had a problem with the brakes on one bike, Adam took the bike and fixed and refreshed my bike with new tires good cleaning of gears etc. We are very happy with our purchases especially when it is attached to such good SERVICE Iin other words don’t by an electric bike online, because you will not get the SUPPORT that PEDEGO IN SPRING LAKE PROVIDES. The customer service at Pedego Spring Lake is top notch. I purchased my bike 2 years ago and today I had a minor mishap that needed repair. Adam was able to get me back up and running without a hiccup. If you were looking for a place with great customer service to purchase a new Pedego bike from, Pedego Spring Lake would be the place to go. I would not hesitate to buy another bike or send someone who was looking. Adam and his team are great!

He also spent considerable time explaining the various features of the bike. all in all, an excellent experience.

We owned two Latch folding bikes that we purchased from Adam which were great. Our needs changed and we now own an Interceptor and a Comfort Cruiser. Love the bikes.
