They had it all set up for me and were great in helping customize it with travel bags, cup holder and rear view mirror. They educated me on how to use it and how/when to charge it but more importantly once I got home I had more questions and they were fabulous in responding to those. I love my bike and while I live part time here on LBI - I’ll be taking it down to Savannah GA in a month so I can enjoy it year round!
