  Ridgewood Racquet Club is a great place to play tennis. The facilities are well maintained, the courts are in excellent condition, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming for players of all levels, whether you are just starting or have been playing for years. It’s a very well-run club and a great addition to the community.   One of the best maintained tennis clubs in the state. They have always been helpful with any questions I had regarding programs, tennis strings, etc. This is who I choose to restring all my racquets.

  Very disappointing experience. The staff showed little to no concern for customers and acted as if helping was an inconvenience. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no effort to resolve issues. Spoke with both Director J D and Kathy, but clearly customers was not a priority here. They will end up call conversations saying they’re gonna call back later hoping to resolve the issue, but they never reached back and they will never answer when you call them back. Did not expected this kind of service especially knowing what a great town Ridgewood is. Definitely I would not recommend this business.

  I gave a friendly call and spoke with a man Sunday morning 910 am. Wow he was so rude! Was interested in membership for tennis or pickleball and he reacted so poorly about the pickle ball. I love both tennis and pickleball, play both and this guy was really nasty for no reason! Thankfully most athletes know this is a really fast growing sport and don't react that way but this guy lost a lot of potential business. Not a good 1st impression and thankfully there are lots of other options out there.NEXT!

  My girls have been taking classes there since they were 5. It's a friendly environment, and at least for younger kids, there is an emphasis on having fun, which is what I was looking for because I didn't want them turned off of tennis. I also joined a late night men's league, perfect for parents who need to put their kids to bed before being able to leave the house!
