    Service for my bike was absolutely wonderful. Ben advised very well on all matters including how to perform better maintenance at home, and what I he could do to help fix my bike. He was realistic with his advice and had an incredibly helpful attitude.

    I came in the day before Christmas Eve to return an online order, which is allowed by store policy. While assisting me, the staff member complained and said “today is not for returning”. This was followed by repeated and impatient questioning in a rude tone. The return was eventually processed, but the attitude made the experience uncomfortable and unnecessary. I had valid personal reasons for coming that day, but customers should not have to explain or justify their circumstances in order to receive a basic service without experiencing micro-aggressions. After reading other reviews describing racially biased or uncomfortable experiences, this felt less like a one-off bad day and more like a broader service issue.
