  Do not come here if you bowl for practice. 32 lane center some how only allows for about 12 lanes to be open after 8pm because they only have 1 server. This came straight from the manager after refusing to provide me one of the many open lanes avaliable throughout the rest of the center. To clarify i was offered lane 11 to bowl on which was in between to families with their young children. If my purpose is to practice this lane position couldn't work and I requested to have access to any of the 18 available lanes that were unoccupied. Manager on duty was Miguel H.

  Frequented this place and even had my kid's bday party here once, but after this experience I'm going elsewhere. Took a couple of kids to bowl a single game and then play at the arcade. Checking in I was told we could pay $18 for unlimited or $13 for 1 game. Since the kids were more interested in the arcade, I figured I'll pay for single game. When the bill comes, I'm charged $19 pp and told that there is also a shoe rental. Totally fine, but apparently the unlimited pass included shoes. Had any of this been explain I would've certainly gotten the unlimited pass. Manager comes over and explain how they can't do anything and "anyway it is only $2 difference." Yes, it is only $2 and I paid the full amount deciding the argument definitely wasn't worth it. As I was leaving, I suggested that maybe they should teach their staff to explain that unlimited pass would have been a better deal for me. The answer was "their job is only to share the information." Wow! They didn't even do that. Every place I've ever been to is always helpful in making sure one doesn't overpay, but clearly Bowlero does't care, as long as they make that extra buck or two. Thankfully there are plenty of other and much better local bowling alleys and arcades.

  What a great time at Bowlero at the Fairlawn location! The vibe was perfect for our family, with a clean and well-maintained facility. Jeremiah greeted us with a big smile and made sure we were all set up. He helped us get our shoes right away and answered any questions we had. The servers were excellent too—very attentive and checked in frequently to ensure we didn’t need anything. The environment was relaxed and enjoyable, and the bathrooms were spotless! A big bonus was how easy it was to park and get inside. We had a blast and will be coming back for sure!
