In only 2 months I’ve seen my body getting toned and the cellulite layer disappearing. It’s not a regular gym that feels like a chore but a fun place that makes me want to go back.

It was a very short form and seemed harmless, so my son signed it. She told him he could continue attending sessions for free for the next 30 days. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that I was charged immediately on the 24th—despite the fact that they usually charge on the 1st of the month. I contacted them to ask what was going on, and they claimed that because we didn’t give a 30-day notice, the charge still applied. When I asked for a copy of the form, I saw a clause that said: "I understand that I will be charged one month beyond the date of this cancellation request. I have a 30-day window to rejoin without having to pay an enrollment fee. I understand that I may continue to use the facility until the cancellation effective date." My son said he never saw that statement or had it explained to him. When I asked the staff at the front desk, they said they didn’t know anything about it. This place is unbelievable. How can they mislead a 14-year-old like that? Also, when I first signed up for this membership, there was no contract presented—nothing in writing—and now they are making these kinds of charges and excuses. Be careful with this place!
