They just take the time to explain and help you with what you need (and want). I have an annual membership and that allows me to return any items I am not happy with up to a year after you bought them. They are definitely not the cheapest, but that's not why I go there to buy stuff.

When I asked an employee if I could use the fitting room, she acted like she didn’t hear me at all—even though I was standing right in front of her. She ignored me until I finally had to raise my voice just to get her attention. Only then did she unlock the fitting room for me. It was embarrassing, and honestly, I don’t understand why a staff member would behave like that. Was she actually working or just sleepwalking through her shift? Ever since the store got a new manager, everything has become disorganized, and the service has gone downhill. I also noticed many used or previously worn items hung back on the racks and sold as new. This is unacceptable for a retail store. I won’t be coming back.
