Saying things like “I asked you what was wrong with it, not why you are returning it.” Just had a very rude and sour attitude. Might have been an off da, but saying “finally” after finishing our return is not a very friendly way to service people. Sameer, do better.

He always looks extremely busy, but things are not actually improving. The store itself is great, and I really appreciate the long-time staff members—they are always helpful and kind. However, the Asian female manager has been a serious problem. Her attitude is very poor, and she even gives the impression of being racially biased. She seems unwilling to help us, and at times it feels like she is purposely making things difficult. It is important to note that this is a community with a large Asian population. As an Asian manager, she should be supportive and respectful toward Asian customers, yet she does the opposite. Her behavior is disappointing and unacceptable. I hope the store will seriously address these issues and improve the management situation.
