However, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for their exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism — even as five young guests tried on multiple pairs of shoes to find the right sizes. The two women who served as our party hosts were absolutely fabulous. They ensured the food was hot and delicious, our drinks were always refilled, it was UNLIMTED FOOD AND DRINKS. They remained attentive and courteous throughout the entire event. Their efforts truly made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. My only suggestion would be to consider allowing two lanes for larger parties. With six girls sharing one lane, their bowling time was somewhat limited. Nevertheless, the group had a wonderful experience overall. I would also like to recognize the staff member who assisted with booking our party on-line. She was informative, accommodating, and truly understood the type of celebration I was hoping to create. It is such a pleasure for parents to be able to enjoy their child’s celebration knowing that every detail is being handled with care. Thank you for providing an exceptional experience. We look forward to returning in the future.

I want to give a shout out to the Manager, Jenn. She’s the best one in there, always checking on her guests and making sure everyone is having a great time. She goes above and beyond with customer service, super friendly and respectful with both staff and guests. Jenn is the kind of manager most places would love to have.
