Over priced. Ordered drinks through the app and they never showed up. Walked to the bar to get them and they gave me an attitude. My daughter asked for water and they wanted to charge for a glass of water. This place is a rip off. Not the first time I’ve had a terrible experience here. One of the employees took my credit card home because he “had a family emergency”.

They had everything we needed for my son’s birthday party, including a concierge who helped make the entire experience seamless. The manager came over to check in and make sure everything was going well. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience—they made the whole thing stress-free and easy, giving us time to spend together as a group and focus on celebrating instead of worrying about logistics.

Emily and Janelle at Lucky Strike Bowling Alley are amazing. Every time I come in, they provide outstanding service and always make me feel welcomed and taken care of. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the customer experience. I always enjoy my time here because of them. Highly recommend! ALSO I DONT WANT NOBODY ELSE MAKING MY DRINK OR SERVING MY LANE IF ITS NOT THEM

Lanes were broken. Touch screen didn’t work. There on a Monday and price gouged for 11.99 a person per game! When I asked they said they doubled the price for a holiday special. Lanes were decent but the value and the fact they told me their normal clients don’t mind the price increase tells me All I need to know to not go back. 3 much better alleys in the area that deserve my business before I ever go back there.

My son and I absolutely love this place! We had so much fun bowling and winning all cool prizes at the arcade. However, I had to give a 3 star because there was an incident between a bartender, waitress and one of the moms of the party I was in. The issue started from when I asked if I could pay for my drink but Janelle (bartender) stated we didn’t have a tab and that we were no longer allowed to be served because a gentlemen showed her an incorrect identification. At that time I was trying to pay for my drink on the bill of the party I was with before leaving because Jamie (the manager) stated that when I was done bowling I could pay for my own tab at the end of the game/night. Janelle then stated there isn’t a tab and that my party was not allowed to purchase any more drinks because a man in our party came to her and showed her the wrong identification. However, we did not have a man with us and I did not want to purchase another drink I just really wanted to pay for my drink so I could leave. In our party it was just four moms with their children having a great time. Fast forward, the mom whose card was on file went to Janelle to ask why weren’t we allowed to purchase any more drinks. As I looked over at the ladies I could see it getting a bit heated and that another woman named Emily (the server) had approached and it began to escalate from there. I went to check what was wrong when Janelle and Emily thought I was coming up to argue with them. Janelle then told the mom “What you call her for huh?” Then she looks at the manager Jamie who was “holding” Emily back because her demeanor looked as if she wanted to fight us? I don’t know but Janelle then said “they came over here tough” to Jamie. They proceeded to make very ugly faces at us while slamming doors and going back and forth from both the bar to “server waiting area?”. Janelle began mumbling to customers right in front of us while Emily was laughing obnoxiously. I on the other hand was completely confused as I was just ready to go with my child. While wanting to pay my portion of the tab and go home because it was getting so late and my son has school in the morning. All I was trying to do was check if everything was okay while also making sure I didn’t owe anything on the tab. The faces they were making, the comments that they made and even just slamming doors were all just so uncalled for. At that moment I then asked Jamie if they were okay because I would have thought they were drinking how amped they were but she said they should be fine. I then asked for their names because the way they handled the situation was very inappropriate. At first Jamie was reluctant to pass out the names because she said she didn’t want the situation to escalate further. I told her I just wanted to go home, I wasn’t there to argue, I just wanted their names to send a report out and go about my business. Unfortunately, the whole thing was that Emily served my party without asking for ID then tried saying we were not old enough to drink AFTER already serving us the 4 drinks. Apparently she then asked the man she claimed that was in our party for ID but he used someone else’s instead. What she did was confuse our party with a couple that was next to us. Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication these women were riled up as if they were ready to brawl (slamming doors and making very ugly faces at us) when the entire thing could have been solved by remaining calm the way Jamie approached. Emily was just horrible in my opinion. There was a moment I asked for our kids Apple juices and she just stared at me before saying “I’ll find them” and continued to stay in the one place. We still didn’t receive until 15 minutes later. What I don’t understand thought is that if someone doesn’t like their job they shouldn’t be working at a place that service customers. An opinion that I have is that Emily should smile more.
