I just want to start off by saying I had the absolute best experience last night! At the very last minute, my family of nine decided to go bowling at the Cherry Hill location. Surprisingly enough, there was no wait time. The venue was super clean. We had the honor of being tended to by the manager, Jason. His customer service was absolutely top tier. Jason came over to us just to see how things were going and to make sure we were being taken care of, and we most certainly were. We were waited on by Reyna; she was very patient with us and took the time to answer any questions we had about the menu. To be honest, everyone there was truly amazing, from the nice lady bartender who checked on us to make sure we had our lanes, to the young lady in the arcade room, who was great at making sure we utilized our credits. Overall, a great time was had, and we are looking forward to returning!

I’ve been coming to this bowling alley for years, and it used to be such a fun, family-friendly place. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was really disappointing. We came as a group of nine trying to order a large pizza, pitcher of soda and an additional pitcher of water which we were even willing to pay for, and we were told that we couldn’t even get a pitcher of water not even if we paid for it. The staff said the new management doesn’t allow pitchers of water and that we’d have to buy soda instead. Over half of our group doesn’t drink soda, and the only option for water was bottled at $5 each. Otherwise she said she could do a pitcher of half water and half lemonade. That’s unreasonable and honestly very disappointing for a place that once prided itself on being welcoming to families and groups. It’s sad to see how much the atmosphere has changed under the new ownership. We left feeling frustrated and unwelcome, which is the opposite of what this place used to represent. I truly hope management reconsiders these policies because the community that supported this alley for years deserves better.

We came here with a group of nine and booked two lanes. Before the new ownership, this was our go to spot for bowling when it was big event and it was always a good time. We ordered pizza and soda as usual, and everything was fine until we asked for a pitcher of water, something we’ve always received with our orders in the past. The staff told us they no longer serve iced water. When we mentioned that we’d always gotten them before, the response was, “Well, it’s a whole new ballgame now.” I understand if that’s the new policy and the staff was just following orders, but it speaks volumes about the direction the new ownership is taking. They even offered a “half water, half lemonade” option but we just wanted water and were willing to pay full soda pitcher price for it, it honestly just came across as petty and unwelcoming. For a place that caters to families and large groups, that kind of service leaves a bad impression. It might seem like a small issue, but it says a lot about priorities. I’ve since noticed similar complaints in other reviews, and it’s disappointing to see loyal customers pushed away over something as simple as water. Hopefully management rethinks this approach as it’s the little things that keep people coming back.

I’ve been coming to this bowling alley for years back when it was Playdrome & the The Big Event with my family, and we’ve always had great experience until now. The new ownership has completely changed the atmosphere for the worse. Tonight, after spending around $300, I tried to order a large pizza with a pitcher of soda and an additional pitcher of water, and was told that they “no longer serve water” and that I couldn’t even get both pitchers. Absolutely ridiculous. How does a family establishment deny basic water especially when customers are already spending good money to eat, drink, and have a good time? The new rules and lack of customer service are beyond disappointing. On top of that, they’re gouging us with $5 water bottles. Beyond disappointing! This used to be a fun, family-friendly spot, but it’s clear the new management doesn’t care about loyal customers or basic hospitality. We won’t be returning until things change.

This place is awesome the people that work here are amazing especially Brianna F. Came in with my son it was his birthday and I spoke with her and let her know it was his birthday and asked if they could sing happy birthday to him, she said she'd take care of it and boy did she cause my boy was surprised and almost cried she made sure his milk was extra special which he loved by the way and then when she brought out his dessert she put a candle in it grabbed a few of the staff and came out singing happy birthday the whole place stopped to join in and everyone was saying happy birthday to him he felt so special today and it was all thanks to Brianna F. So thank you so much I appreciate you and I'm telling you check out lucky strike get your bowl on they got great food and drinks. The environment is great they got music sports on the TV and if you wanna watch a certain game they are glad to accommodate you. So thanks again lucky strike you got some great people working there.
