  TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The receptionist lacks of customer service, probably tired of doing this job and ready to retire. On 2/26 we called at 6pm and ask to make reservation for 4 pax at 8:30 pm. We were told that it was NOT needed, “just come and show up” . Upon arrival at 8:20 pm the receptionist told us he had no lines available, 3 groups in front of us and likely if lucky he could have a line for us at 9:30 but couldn’t guarantee either that nor the 2 hrs bowling time because they close at 11:00pm. I explained we were told otherwise on the phone, he said we need a reservation. Yes, I drove from Union 45 min to be told that in person and another 45 minutes back and ended up bowling at Jersey Gardens Mall which ended up being much cheaper!!better service, cleaner and more upgraded than this old hole with limited parking.

  Love going to this specific Bowlero it is always a breath of fresh air when the staff are polite! Very efficient service from front desk staff, though the new servers are a bit nasty and slow, otherwise would have given 5 stars. Big shout out to Twin he shows up and shows out every time I’m there he goes above and beyond and exceeds expectations. Always asking if I need anything, and just a great person to chat with. If you can wait a few minutes, I’d highly recommend visiting this establishment! And ask for Twin, he’s the best!

  MR.Q IS AN EXCELLENT MANAGER. VERY HELPFUL & ATTENTIVE. HAVENT BEEN BOWLING IN YEARS ITS MY BIRTHDAY IM SATISFIED THAT I CAME TO THIS BOWLING ALLEY. THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME WELCOMING MR.Q & HIS TEAM

  I brought my daughter and friends here for her 13th birthday party and we had a blast. This is a great place to fornkids parties and fun for adults as well the food is good the drinks are good the service is great. 10/10 really great place for some nice fun

  Here October to April with my bowling peeps. They are my "special" ones. 12 of 18 headed to next competition next week and being at this establishment all these years with Mike and Kathy is like seeing family.
