- KMKhadijah MuhammadDec 28, 20251.0The very last couple trips to golden nugget the rooms that I got on two different times the heat was not working I told the front desk and they called the maintenance people to fix which this last past weekend the maintenance person came in to fix the heat and when he was done he said the heat would start working and it didn’t so I’m really not happy with staying in the hotel and gambling and loosing your money and not to mention the slots are horrible you can’t win

Sometimes you feel like its somewhat dated overall (the building and decor) but its always a great experience. One thing that i wish they would do is keep the hot tubs open year round. They close in the winter time and that is a huge part of why I book. Was going to go this weekend but the hot tubs are closed. Usually we only visit during warmer season.

Will not go anywhere in this casino again with the exception of Vic & Anthony’s-staff there is incredible & attentive! Lindsay, Bobby & the rest are amazing! Parking garage is a train wreck of bad patch jobs that are already crumbling like the garage itself. Band aids aren’t fixes….they are cheap & temporary patches simply masking larger issues.
