  I have had my bikes fixed and checked out and bought a bike from here and when they were fixing the bike they would say in detail what has happened and what fixes will work and have a reasonable price and whenever they fix the bike it feels better than before. When I bought the bike they stayed with us the whole process and the process was easy we just asked what do you want to do with your bike and they choose the correct category of bike you need and have many sales which make the bikes a lot cheaper than other bike a hi ops I have seen.

  I came to Goodale's with high expectations- I was ready to spend triple what I did on my last commuter road bike and I wanted the white glove service that I felt like a $2,000 bike purchase warrants. My expectations were exceeded. Griffin did an amazing job guiding me to the right set of bikes for my needs. He answered all of the questions I had about the different bikes- maintenance, function, pros and cons of the different bikes, justifying the jumps in price between bikes based on performance. He set up and let me ride two of the bikes I was considering purchasing. When i had made my bike choice, he informed me of the $125 bike credit that Goodales was providing to people buying new bikes and helped me choose accesories that would be a good fit for my new bike. I was also provided timely service on a bike repair by Griffin as well. I was very pleased with Goodales, and will absolutely be going there for all my future bike needs and recommending it to anyone looking for a good bike shop.
