- DCDaniel St. ClairFeb 3, 20261.0The layout of items is deranged, with no rhyme or reason to what is where, making it difficult to find what items they do have at this location. There are also lights hanging from the roof, pointed in such a way that no matter where you are and where you look they are burning holes in your eyes like a pair of high beams.

The lady at the counter was very rude and threw the receipt at me for no reason. She told me that my exchange was put in and I would be getting the boots in the mail. I later found out that she put the money on a gift card and never ordered my boots. Need us to say the customer service was horrible and the attitude was just worse.. I’m never shopping here again. I’d rather go to L.L. Bean where they treat you kindly.
