- TWTaylor WilloughbyMar 16, 20261.0The swing analysis was an absolute waste of money. It is not a complete analysis on different clubs, just one club they choose without listening to your concerns. I explained my biggest concerns were with my driver and instead he handed me my 7 iron. I took maybe 5 swings. The rest of the time was just him on his computer. I emphasized that I really wanted to analyze my driver swing and was promptly dismissed. The only tip I got after an hour and 20 minutes was to keep my hands in. Then they spent 15 minutes trying to convince me to spend $5,000 on lessons. After being told repeatedly that finances are tight and I was just there hoping to get some analysis on my swings. $95 for 5 swings on one club and a single tip is simply a waste of time and money. Highly disappointed and wish I could either get a refund or a genuine swing analysis. Would not recommend.

I mentioned that to grant because I never took a lesson. I did what I knew as far as swinging the club. He has shown me changes for a better contact ball striking. It has been positive. I’m excited to go out and play.(of course when it warms up) plus Grant has been very flexible with my schedule! I will say I know it is a little expensive for me BUT in the long run, it will be one of the best investments I have done. Bob

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
