I've worked retail and know how hard they push customer service. And this didn't feel forced at all. They seem to love what they do and truly enjoy helping people . Big shout out Chris for spending extra time with my wife and I as he helped up snag our ner sleeping bag. Thanks again guys . Please take them out to lunch or something
