  Due to one incredible talent at Lucky Strike I’ve kept coming back. Andrea, thank you for always giving a 5 star experience. You are the single reason I’ve come back each week while my daughter is at practice. Thank you!

  We've been here several times over the years when it was "The Mark". The games are fun and plentiful. Although it was not busy, our food took a really long time. The customer service was lacking and we even had to ask for plates for our pizza. The Mark had great pizza. The pizza now is not great. Giving it 3 stars because we still had fun, but overall experience was just okay. Probably won't come again unless this is where basketball/volleyball is held.

  Took my kids here for an afternoon of fun. Haven’t been to this place since it was last known as the Mark. We all had a great time. Place was very clean, upbeat, and staff were all very helpful. Our server Andrea was friendly and engaging. She made sure to keep checking on us throughout our lane time. Kids really enjoyed the laser tag and arcade as well, which allowed me to relax for a little bit after getting beat so badly in bowling by my kids. We will for sure be returning for our next family outing.

  I was at the Elkhorn Lucky Strike. I’ve been there since its opening. I ordered food and seen I could add fries for 5.99 when ordering appetizers. My waitress had came back within two minutes and I asked her could I add it to my order She told me no she couldn’t and once it was in, it’s in. I said ok. She comes back a few minutes later and says she got it in and sorry for earlier. I told her why was it a big deal in the first place? She said cause it was already in. She already assumed we wanted waters. She was rushing us while my father was in the restroom. Then made it the hugest deal to add fries The manager came over and I told him what happened. He offered to pay for the food and gave us a few arcade cards but honestly, I felt that was to shut us up and prevent me from complaining to corporate It was my birthday and it was my first with my Dad. I also had my son there. I was not in a great mood after even with the freebies and it was a bad experience after that. More than likely, I won’t be back
