  I will never use this business again, nor will I send an enemy to it. The staff is not knowledgeable about FFL transfers and nobody inside the store communicates with one another. After calling three times to set up an FFL transfer, I was finally able to talk to someone who knew the process. After sending the email address to the company I was buying from, they never sent the FFL email. Days later I called again to inquire and they said that they forgot to send the FFL email. So I asked them to send it asap and CC me and they acted like it was a big deal for me to see the FFL copy! Once the item arrived I had the owner of the item go in to sign for it and pick it up. They would not release it to him because my name was on the order but he was signing for it. I had already emailed and called to make them aware that this was going to happen. I was told that the buyer has to be the one to pick it up, which is not true. I asked if they had ever raffled off firearms for fund raisers and I was told they had. I asked the obvious question about how that works and then it was okay for my friend to sign for it and pick it up. This is FFL 101 level stuff here. The funny thing is, a week earlier, the same process was done at the same store with zero issues! I do not recomend firearms businesses that depending on who you talk to, one thing is legit on tuesday but they can not do it on friday if a different person is involved! Feels like this shop is not run profesionally based on many phone calls and email correspondence. I do not want to play the "I hope I get someone who knows more than their name" game when I am dealing with FFL items.

  Bought a 4.5-14x50 Leupold last year put it in the safe till last week opened up the box and the $100 scope caps that were supposed to be included were not so I emailed them they said oh they come in a different box I said I only received one package they confirmed my order and said sorry but it’s been to long since your purchase.nowhere did it say it would be in a Separate box so if you buy a scope and it offers the $100 caps make sure you look for another package cause if not they’ll not be honest and give you what you paid for.

  bought a rifle online to have shipped to an FFL. Seamless process and dude that halped me walked me through their website step by step.
