    This place rocks. I had a short window to get a bike I had been eyeing for a while and they people there rushed to help me get the bike and get back to work before my lunch break was up. They were so helpful, informative, and genuinely nice. I was nervous about this purchase and they got me so pumped for it. Will definitely be returning for any future business.

    My wife and I just purchased two Pedego Custom Cruisers from Pedego Piedmont Triad after riding other ebikes and visiting other dealers. Purchasing the ebikes was a pleasure. Hal and Alexa were a pleasure to deal with, are knowledgeable, and were candid in answering our questions. It was a relaxed and pressure-free experience with no effort to upsell us. Tommy, the mechanic, was patient in explaining how to work the bike carriers and offered good information on what little maintenance the bikes require. We felt like we were dealing with good friends who wanted to make sure we had the best experience.

    I checked out the store today and was impressed by the quality of the bikes plus they looked so nice. I was invited to take a test ride. I had to get used to it, but soon I got the hang of it and loved to ride the bike. As a "boomer" I can join my kids on a long ride when they come for a visit, because the store also rents the bikes out. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
