    This place rocks. I had a short window to get a bike I had been eyeing for a while and they people there rushed to help me get the bike and get back to work before my lunch break was up. They were so helpful, informative, and genuinely nice. I was nervous about this purchase and they got me so pumped for it. Will definitely be returning for any future business.

    Had an AMAZING time on our tour this past Sunday! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow, Hal is an amazing tour guide and was full of all kinds of interesting tidbits of knowledge about the area! The bikes were outstanding...🏆 🚲 🏆. We took a bike tour while in San Francisco earlier this year and those bikes were a joke compared to the Pedego bikes we experienced Sunday! Had a blast!!!

    Outstanding introduction to the product. Answered all my questions and answered ones I did not know to ask. Alexa Zamora was truly outstanding and is a keeper. I took a test drive of the element and was very impressed with the performance and quality of the product. I see one in my near future.

    Excellent customer service. Focus on safety was great. The bikes were in excellent condition and were well powered for the ride Plan for 15-30 min before riding for intro video, sizing bikes, etc Would definitely recommend to all!!
