I met Ann and she is the sweetest! One of the other employees, Grant, was super helpful and patient while I looked at a few different pieces. I'll definitely be going back!

I do not recommend this business at all. Three workers, young gentleman, middle age gentleman, older women all whom were behind the counter. Engaged with whites ignored the woman of color. This is not how you do business in 2026.

I have an appraisal of $12,000 for a ring and the guy told me what a piece of crap the diamonds are, and that the 8.5 carat tanzanite was not worth anything because it was heated. When he said he’d give $1500 for the ring, I simply said that I had been offered more from a pawnshop, and he said I should have taken the offer? What a jerk! Have spent a lot of money there, but I won’t be doing business there any longer! If they have something that you want, their stuff is precious. But if you want to sell them something? Your stuff is garbage! Hope this helps someone!
