Kayla took on the project from top to bottom, adjusting everything from brakes to pedals and finished by replacing the necessary part and adjusting the stem and handlebars to perfection all of this between 730 and eight closing hours. She did an exceptional job and we will return to REI for all of our biking needs in the future.
