    The spots they wanted to put us in were not suitable for our set up. We cancelled our reservation with them only to be charged with a no show. I do not recommend this park.

    We went to 2 different spots in our class A and both were very unlevel and hard to find sewer. And very hard to maneuver the RV because all the roads in this campground are quite tight. And water pressure was only 28 psi. Trees and hills were cool tho. We left because there were no spots suitable for our RV that we could find.

    HUGE INCONVENIENCE! I was locked out upon arrival and had to turn around my 50' rig and sleep at the truck stop. Terrible communication on their end. Thousand trails DESPERATELY needs to staff their offices 24/7. There MUST be someone there to answer the phone!!!! There is not even an office number available to guests- only the corporate number. No security guards or any staff after dark (this has been the case at ALL thousand trails resorts I've visited).
