  Last night we had the ball recycler break, the guy fixed it, broke again. So, they offered for us to change lanes. This new lane we changed to had half the bumpers on, ball recycler broke for a little bit then got fixed, we also had the fan going very slow on our lane, while all the other lanes were on full speed. So we asked if they could turn it up. I asked one lady and waited 10 minutes, nothing. Asked another waitress and she told me they are out of fan remotes and they’re is nothing they can do about it…

  ONE Star⭐️- Absolutely Unacceptable & Unsafe What was supposed to be a fun Saturday night of bowling turned into a nightmare. From the moment we walked in, the service was terrible. There was only one person at the counter, shoe rental was slow and disorganized, and the overall attitude was indifferent. We were assigned Lane 32, but the experience only went downhill from there. We ordered one simple item: french fries from the bar. None of us initially planned to eat, but my husband ended up eating some. The fries were undercooked and sitting in grease—literally about a quarter inch pooled in the container. I told him not to eat them because they looked wrong, but unfortunately, he did. Shortly after leaving, my husband became violently ill with severe stomach pain, nonstop vomiting, and diarrhea. That was the only thing he had eaten. The condition of the facility was alarming. The kitchen area was filthy, and the bathrooms were just as bad: • No hot water • No paper towels • Only wall air dryers that barely worked…had to go thru four cycles for my hands to be damp dry Bar service was also disgusting. My daughter paid cash for a drink. The bartender counted the dirty money and then immediately handled glasses and made the drink without washing his hands. As of now, my husband has been sick since Saturday night, still vomiting and experiencing diarrhea. It is 2:30 a.m. and we are on our way to the emergency room because his condition has not improved. The only positive thing about this place was the DJ. The DJ was amazing and did a great job keeping the energy up — unfortunately, that was the only redeeming part of the experience. Between the unsanitary kitchen, unsafe food handling, filthy bathrooms, poor service, and the fact that this visit resulted in a medical emergency, I am beyond disgusted. We will never return, and I will be contacting the health department. This place is not just disappointing — it is unsafe.

  Although the staff was courteous and helpful, we seemed to have been "nickeled and dimed" every chance they got. We went on a Saturday afternoon with young children. It was too noisy and over stimulating. What happened to the days of going to a bowling alley having cheep beer, inexpensive food and conversations with your fellow bowlers?

  While the bowling experience was fun, my only complaint was we did not know this would not be a family-friendly environment. The main concern was the explicit and highly sexualized music videos that were played on the big screens in front of the lanes. I’m 23 years old and celebrated my younger cousins’ birthday with my family, and all my cousins made comments that it was a bit much. Music was okay, but the videos weren’t necessary. If you have kids, best to not bring them here to basically sit and watch sexualized music videos.

  Visited on a Wedneaday at 7pm and we were immediately able to get a lane for 5 people. They had a special going which was $19 per person unlimited bowling and shoes included which is a great deal compared to if you visit on a weekend. Staff was friendly but the service was a bit slow. It would take over 30min just to receive one drink but they were always super nice about everything. They had a DJ playing some great tunes and the whole vibe was amazing on a Wednesday evening. Always have a great time coming here. They also have an arcade with a few games to choose from. Plenty of parking as well.
