Lady at the counter said “oh that’s my bad I told you wrong” I said well you should honor what you told us and she said “I can’t change the price” that was it. Not only was the service for food and drinks slow we get horrible customer service.

From the moment I walked in, I’ve been treated like I did something unforgivable, all because I asked for a mistake to be corrected. Two weeks ago there was a reservation issue and money was charged that shouldn’t have been. You didn’t reimbursed, I’m the end all we got was credit for the shoes. That’s it. No drama, no attitude, no scam on our side! Fast forward to now, I order beers and I’m handed this pathetic excuse for a pitcher. Like… this is what we’re doing now? It honestly feels petty at this point. Almost like, “Oh yeah, that guy who dared to ask us to fix our own mistake.” Congratulations, message received. What really sucks is that I come here all the time. I’m a regular. And somehow I’m the one getting singled out and treated like garbage. That’s the part that’s wild to me. I would never treat a customer this way, especially someone who keeps coming back. You’ve put me in the position of spending money here regularly while being made to feel unwelcome, and that’s just insane. I won’t even get into my own experience running a business because it’s honestly irrelevant, but basic respect isn’t some advanced concept. This just feels personal at this point, and whether it’s bias, projection, or just plain bad attitude, it’s not a good look. I genuinely thought you guys were better than this. That’s what makes it disappointing more than anything else.
