Arrived before 4 csr said price is 5.99 shoes and 7.99 per game.( How they get u they say put a card on file) she said oh don’t pay now y’all good and I am front desk lead I can change the price if needed! Long story short got charged 2x 10.99x12 for games and one shoe rental 8.99! Asked to explain they couldn’t, even the 2 managers that came out still dint have an answer because he asking the csr! Price changed from 184 to 250 and they said oh we gave yall a discount for $30! Only ten people the last 2 people came in the last 30min. But long story short if a price is giving it should be honored and being that I work in management they should have a better way of keeping up with who is on what lane and the party size because any one can just walk up and get shoes and tell them what lane they are on! It’s too big and too many people to ask them how many people did u have on your lane and how many games u played, it’s Bowlero job to keep track! The little csr with the blue hair her customer service skills are terrible, u never tell a customer that another csr didn’t tell yall that if u wasn’t present, then she was rolling her eyes and blowing like she was tired! Wrong profession little girl!

Although we experienced a few minor lane issues, they were promptly resolved. The manager, Tianna, followed up several times to ensure everything met our expectations! My family and I will be back!
