After going to checkout and saying I’m not getting a membership he proceeded to guilt trip me and give the “points” to the woman behind me which took extra time as I’m trying to just buy $400 worth of stuff. Clearly they’re paying commissions to employees for these memberships but I promise I will never come back.

Ashley (I think was her name) got me fitted for a backpack and provided so much helpful information and many tips for my first trip, including a great trek for a beginner. The tall guy with black hair at the register was also very cool and told me about a few more places to try. This is a great store for a beginner to ask questions and get help finding the perfect gear!
