  This place has the greatest service! The hospitality was top tier and most importantly the cleanliness of the place was great. Very friendly environment.

  I reserved two lanes here on January 2, 2026. My niece and nephew were in town from CT for the holidays and I wanted to take them out bowling with our extended family before they went back home. The staff at this location were absolutely amazing. I have a relative that is in a wheelchair and they were super accommodating to his needs. The customer service was exceptional. These days, expecting businesses to simply provide you the services that they market and pay for takes an act of congress, let alone be nice while providing you it. This location not only provided what we paid for but delivered service in a way that felt sincere and effortless. We thanked the staff several times before leaving and they were so humbled by our gratitude. We will definitely come here again next time my niece and nephew are in town!

  This location has definitely gone down in so many ways! This establishment's customer service is one of the worst experiences ever! For starters the woman at the front end or the person that I first encountered upon entry had this matter of fact type attitude. I asked how much it cost to bowl especially for children who was not over 2yrs of age. This worker replied something like "Everyone who touches the ball." Huh?! She never offered me the 3 game special. I had to inquire about it. I had to use my card to prepay a game because the kids were just going to bowl one round. Let me also state that I used to take my client with special needs here, and they use to give a discount for this population. I asked if there was still a discount. The worker said that she would have to check with her manager but never did. I stayed because it was all about the kids having fun. Fast forward to another worker in concessions coming over to our lane to ask if we were going to order something. She mentioned something about a special with pizza and a pitcher if I recall. I told her that we would look at the menu and come to concessions when ready. She mentioned that she would check on us in 10 minutes but to no avail. I initially thought that this worker was nice. However, she lost me when ordering went wrong! She was not initially behind the counter when ordering. A young male was. He was ok but not knowledgeable about the menu. My group wanted nachos, but they were out. Huh?! How does one not have a popular item? I ordered the mozzarella bites, a popcorn, 5 drinks I believe. I was talking to the gentleman while contemplating ordering something else. This worker along with another lady comes up grabbing my drinks. I thought that was nice, but this person told the other female worker who looked like a manager "We shouldn't have to carry nothing." I looked and asked the guy what the policy was. He stated that they take the food to the lane. That's what I thought!" That would be customer service! The fact that she sarcastically said this in my presence, was 100% wrong! After I inquired about the policy she only came over around round 5 or frame 5 to ask if everything was ok. Too late by now. I was already upset. Lastly, the gentleman who took the shoes back was polite, but failed to tell a couple about the 3 game special. I spoke up about this and I am not the employee! No laser tag, arcade to purchase a card. Extremely high prices! Total disappointment! Lane 5

  We went on Friday December 26th around 2:45pm. Not too busy and got a lane after a group in front of us was finished. Had a problem with the ball return and took too long of time to get our balls back. They moved us right away and "reset" the clock. Only problem I had was I didn't drive so didn't bring my license so couldn't get a beer. I'm 67 and don't look 20 something.
