- CMCorey MckinstryNov 1, 20255.0I was spending a week at a resort in Emerald Isle and had brought my bike. I needed a more comfortable seat and a young man at the store gave me a recommendation and I bought one bought one. The young man that sold it to me, said if I had trouble getting it on at the hotel to bring my bike back and he would do it for me. I realized I didn’t have the right tools and had no idea how to switch it out it was a different mounting bracket. I took it back when it was sunny the next day and he came outside and spent a good bit of time placing it and adjusting for me. He was very pleasant and polite! A great experience.

We rode Shore Drive, Ocean Drive, and Coast Guard Road with no issues. Just a really cool way to see the island. Shout out to Emerson who was excellent in all things customer service.

Kathy was extremely helpful with details and questions about the Electric Bikes, and actually got us interested in them. After test riding, we were convinced that these bikes are alot of fun! I can't even imagine renting a regular bicycle in Emerald Isle now that I know these electric bikes are available at Pedego. Sonny and Kathy (Cathy?) were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the electric bicycles and about all the fun places to ride around Emerald Isle. I can't wait to return with my wife for a longer ride. Highly recommend!!!
- MSMike SmithMay 25, 20195.0Rent one. You won't regret it. These bikes are fun fun fun. I have an e-bike at home in Seattle, so I was excited to see they were available to rent in Emerald Isle. It was easy to reserve them. Kathy and team were great to work with. Lot's of extended family members got on them and were amazed. I love my e-bike. They get you out moving, and make it so much fun. If you don't want to pedal, you don't have too.
