- CMCorey MckinstryNov 1, 20255.0I was spending a week at a resort in Emerald Isle and had brought my bike. I needed a more comfortable seat and a young man at the store gave me a recommendation and I bought one bought one. The young man that sold it to me, said if I had trouble getting it on at the hotel to bring my bike back and he would do it for me. I realized I didn’t have the right tools and had no idea how to switch it out it was a different mounting bracket. I took it back when it was sunny the next day and he came outside and spent a good bit of time placing it and adjusting for me. He was very pleasant and polite! A great experience.

We rode Shore Drive, Ocean Drive, and Coast Guard Road with no issues. Just a really cool way to see the island. Shout out to Emerson who was excellent in all things customer service.

I can't even imagine renting a regular bicycle in Emerald Isle now that I know these electric bikes are available at Pedego. Sonny and Kathy (Cathy?) were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the electric bicycles and about all the fun places to ride around Emerald Isle. I can't wait to return with my wife for a longer ride. Highly recommend!!!
