- MCMike South Carolina1 day ago3.0I went in for a swing evaluation special for which was great. Showed me what I was doing wrong, That took about 30 minutes and was very informative for $95.00 for 1 hour. 30 minutes for the computerized evaluation and the other 30 minutes for up-sell. I am 72 years old and just wanting to learn a better swing. Just started playing golf a year ago. I shoot around a 115 for 18 holes, After the evaluation they sowed me packages which may possible get me to break 100 for $5800 dollars. This may be a great deal for some but for me just wanting to hit balls with my senior buddies so I passed on lessons.

He shared a ton of insight when needed on what we were changing as we worked through clubs and also knew when to hold back. Transparently, I was pretty turned off to Golftec after a fitting with a previous coach at a different location and Adam changed all of that after the first session. Dude is awesome and a hell of a coach/club fitter.

When I started, I had barely touched a golf club outside of Topgolf once or twice. Working with Jake Parker has been an incredible experience. He does an amazing job tailoring each lesson to how I learn best. As a visual learner, I really appreciate how he breaks things down in a way that makes sense and sticks. Thanks to Jake’s expertise and coaching, I’ve gone from complete beginner to confidently holding my own at work tournaments and on the driving range. I’m so grateful for his guidance and can’t recommend him enough!

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.

Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions.
